PURCHASE POLICY

Orders

To place an order, it is necessary to purchase the items through Check Out on our page. The purchase order number assigned when making the transaction on the site does not imply acceptance of the transaction. Orders may be canceled at any time due to inability to authorize debit or credit card, suspected fraudulent actions, finding an incorrect price, or any other reason we deem valid. If you have a problem with your order, we will inform you via email.

Once your purchase is authorized, you will receive an email notifying you of the confirmation of your purchase.

Shipping

We ship to the entire Mexican Republic. Shipments take 3 to 6 business days to reach their final destination. Shipments to remote areas or points far from parcel routes may take longer to arrive.

To check the status of your shipment you can do so directly on the parcel site using your tracking number.

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the product and will be determined in each particular case depending on the destination and volume of the package. This value will be calculated in the purchase process and will be informed to you at the time of order settlement, before you make payment.

Payment Methods

Add the products you want to buy to the shopping cart. In the shopping cart you will fill out your shipping information and we will present you with the payment options:

  1. Through Credit and/or Debit Card.
  2. Through Paypal with your American Express, Master Card or Visa credit or debit card. We guarantee that your purchase is safe. Paypal supports all purchases through them.
  3. We accept cash payments by deposit at OXXO, you can make your payment through Conekta by selecting the "OXXO" option. At the end of the order you will receive an email with the instructions and the reference to make the deposit. The shipment will not be processed until you have made payment at a branch. Your payment will be updated in our system without the need for you to send us proof of payment, however we recommend you save it.
  4. You can pay by bank transfer by choosing the "SPEI" option. At the end of the order we will send you the information to your email so you can proceed with the payment.

Product Availability

All the products we offer are subject to stock and availability, so delivery time may vary with prior notice from us, or the order may even be cancelled.

Cancellations

Once payment is made, there are no cancellations. If you have any problem with your order upon receiving it, please contact us at contacto@huertodecarmen.mx

Returns

The User may return the products purchased through the Salvaje store, as long as:

  1. Request a return to the customer service email contacto@huertodecarmen.mx, within 5 calendar days following the delivery date.
  2. Within the email you must specify the order number, attach an image of the invoice or sales note, and the reasons for the return and images of the product received must also be specified.
  3. The email must include photographs of the product received, which must be closed and not consumed.
  4. The product(s) must be in the same conditions in which they were delivered to the User and, to the extent possible, with the original packaging and labeling, or alternatively in some similar format that guarantees return in perfect condition.
  5. Once your return request is approved, you will be asked to send the product to the address of our warehouse. Payment for the return shipping cost will be made by the customer.
  6. Upon receipt of the product, it will be inspected and if the return specifications are met, a refund will be issued. If the payment was made by debit or credit card, the refund will be made through a chargeback on the same card that was used. If the payment was made by other means, the refund will be made through a bank transfer to the User's account.

Broken, damaged, open product

If a product purchased through the store arrives in poor condition, broken, open, or damaged, you must contact the customer service department at contacto@huertodecarmen.mx within the first 24 business hours from the delivery of the product. order.

A record of the state in which it was received, a photograph of the delivery receipt sheet and a photograph of the product in the state in which it was received must be sent.

After 24 hours of receipt, El Huerto de Carmen is not responsible.
